E-commerce Websites That Deliver Results for Your Small Business

Saving You Time and Money

One night in 2001, my coworker and I were asked to attend a small, private meeting. We listened with trepidation as our superiors laid out their strategy for a web store — one that would save our staff from taking loads of phone orders, and, hopefully, boost our sales. They had a timeline of one month.

It sounded fine on the surface. However, the web design team (all 2 of us) was kept quite busy. We wouldn’t be able to keep up with the demand of adding over 2,000 products and changing prices as needed. What’s more, the store staff would still have to manually type in all those web orders.

We began looking for a solution to integrate an e-commerce website with a brick-and-mortar store. We wanted a lazy man’s tool: one that would automatically update products and import orders from the website.

One vendor quoted us $95,000. It was about 6 times our budget, and it would take 6 months to install.

Finally, a solution was found. After many late nights, we launched the site. It was amazing; a small team with $15,000 and 1 month created an online store that synced with a physical store, keeping our costs and time to a minimum.

Putting Money in Your Pocket

JoshMy name is Josh Lavin, and I’ve been making websites since 1996.

Since my foray into ecommerce websites, my focus has shifted to include marketing. Creating a fantastic website that doesn’t help your business is depressing. Your website must deliver measurable results.

The Hidden Key to Your Success on the Web

I recently completed over 40 hours of training by one of the world’s greatest minds in direct marketing. When you hear the word marketing, you may think of advertising. That’s an element, but it’s not all.

Marketing is salesmanship, used to increase your sales. There are only 3 ways to do this:

  1. Attract more clients or buyers.
  2. Get buyers to spend more on each purchase.
  3. Increase buyers’ frequency of purchases.

Helping you increase your sales with e-commerce websites and marketing is my goal.

Exceeded All Expectations

More Than Alive

“For 15 years now, I have been helping business owners get the most out of their time and efforts invested. If they don’t already have one, a web presence is indispensable.

“Most recently, I have been called upon to help folks that already have a web presence, but are unsatisfied with their set up. Their issues range from down time to difficulties with simple loading of new text and images to their site.

“The first thing I tell them is those problems are not normal and are unacceptable. As an online-business owner, you should be occupied with making sure your customers have a satisfying experience, finding more reasons for them to come back to you, and rewarding your employees.

“The second thing I tell them is to contact Kingdom Design. In over half a dozen websites that I have worked on with them, they have met and exceeded all expectations. Josh Lavin is professional, and relentless in his desire to give the business owner all he expects and deserves.

“Such has been our experience with our most recent project More Than Alive. This store was up and running in an unbelievable short amount of time. It works as expected and the customer’s experience is gratifying. I called upon Kingdom Design so I can offer our customers the best experience possible with zero frustrations on my part. Thanks again, Josh.”
